How to Get Rid of Candida Overgrowth

How to Get Rid of Candida Overgrowth
If you were told to take all sorts of antibiotics, whether pharmaceutical or natural, to kill Candida or yeast overgrowth, you may have been led down the wrong path.

If you understand that Candida Albicans is a certain type of yeast that everyone has in their microbiome and that the role it plays is essential to the symbiotic community of microbiota then why would you kill it off?

Candida only becomes an issue when the balance of yeast to bacteria gets tipped the wrong way so that you have more yeast calling the shots. We always want bacteria to be dominant in our microbiome.

This is why Kombucha is not good for people with yeast overgrowth. This is also why Kombucha can cause yeast overgrowth. Kombucha is very high in yeast. Kombucha tips the balance in the wrong direction.

One easy way to rid yourself of Candida or yeast overgrowth is not by killing the yeast because you need them but by rebalancing your microbiome with powerful bacteria.

Ringing in powerful bacteria will keep the Candida and yeast in check so that your microbiota becomes symbiotic and harmonious again.
Remember when you kill Candida you kill other microorganisms too. Antibiotics of any sort, even natural ones, cannot target and so they KILL. ALL. THINGS are microscopic.

Our coconut milk kefir is powerful in rebalancing the biome so that bacteria are more abundant than yeast. Start slow and build up. It may take time but eventually, you will not have yeast overgrowth anymore. And keep in mind, you may go through an adjustment period.

Other ways to rebalance:
1. Go outside barefoot every day.
2. Get adequate sunshine on your naked face (no sunglasses) and body.
3. Kiss your cats and dogs and babies.
4. Take minerals like Fulvic and Humic acid.
