Fermenting Fairy Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Take clear photos of the product and packaging, and email them to admin@fermentingfairy.com.
Our team will review your case promptly and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or other accommodation at our discretion.
2. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Fermenting Fairy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer and cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback, stop-payment, or payment dispute through a credit-card company or bank without first contacting Fermenting Fairy, that customer will be permanently blocked from placing future orders.
Fermenting Fairy reserves the right to treat any unauthorized chargeback as a breach of our Terms and Services. In such cases, Fermenting Fairy shall be entitled to liquidated damages equal to three (3) times the amount of the original payment, plus recovery of all reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs incurred in pursuing the claim.
All chargeback-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and handled exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida. The preferred and fastest way to resolve any issue is by direct communication at admin@fermentingfairy.com,
and we encourage all customers to reach out before initiating a payment dispute.
4. Communication
The best way to resolve any issue is to contact us directly. We are committed to providing excellent customer care and will always work with you to ensure a positive experience.
5. Due to the perishable nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
6. If you refuse a package for any reason you will be financially responsible for the cost of fed ex shipping it back to Fermenting Fairy.
