**1st EVER PROBIOTIC APPLE SAUCE**
How can apples get even healthier, you ask? Well, ferment them! There is a reason for the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Apples are one of the most nutrient dense foods that contain very high levels of anti-oxidants.
By fermenting apples, the high levels of anti-oxidants become more available and absorbable to your body thanks to the healthy bacteria who break it down before you consume it.
Here are just a few reasons why our Apple Sauce is unlike anything else:
-Quercetin and Vitamin C team up together as a potent anti-viral, decrease allergies (anti-histamine), decrease pain, eliminate inflammation
-Contains a whopping 5 BILLION probiotics per jar (regular apple sauce has zero)
-Has half of the amount of naturally occurring sugar than regular non-fermented apple sauce (bacteria love to eat sugar and carbohydrates so they can multiply into the millions and billions. They eat most of the sugars out of the apple sauce, so you get a low sugar apple sauce with lots of healthy bacteria)
-Contains high levels of Prebiotics and fiber due to keeping the skin on (regular apple sauce usually does not include the skin of the apple)
-Raw and unpasteurized, never cooked or heated (most commercially available apple sauce has been heated to high temps destroying all nutrients)
Ingredients:
*Organic Apples (multiple variety)
*Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
*Coconut milk kefir probiotic strains

This Cinnamon Apple Sauce is Delicious! It tastes like a sweet dessert, kinda like cinnamon candy. What a difference in it being Raw & Organic. It is filled with the sweet liquid from the apples and cinnamon so not dry at all. This product is a win win for Fermenting Fairy!
Store owner replied:
Raw and organic make it a completely different product! Glad you love it Janet!
Delicious with just the right balance of a crisp apple and cinnamon. Makes a delicious breakfast added to oatmeal or a dessert with a scoop of coconut yogurt! 😊
Store owner replied:
Thank you Renee! So happy you love it!
This applesauce is absolutely ridiculously good. My husband and I are on a "living carnivore" diet and only eating meat and ferments. Many Fermenting Fairy products have been great, but this is next level. I add the vanilla coconut kefir to mine for a little extra fat and cultures. Complete home run.
Loved this! Delicious flavor, and I would usually eat it on top of yogurt. A great way to add in fermented foods to your diet without everything having to be salty and tangy.
Store owner replied:
Yes this is a great way to eat it..added to yogurt is perfect!
I haven’t been able to eat an apple for several years due to severe insulin resistance. Even 1/2 an apple spike my blood sugar well above 200. A small serving of this fermented applesauce both satisfies and my blood sugar does rise but gradually, not a big spike. It’s delicious and I’m so happy to be able to eat apples again.
I absolutely love every product I have tried, kefir, apple sauce, lemonade, beets and carrots. It’s become a staple, a must have, for me in my kitchen! So grateful for this company and their great products and service.
I love all the apple & pear sauces! It's really hard not to eat half the jar at a time! But I know they're each packed with health-giving probiotics, and it only takes a spoonful to make a difference!
Your 2 apple sauces and pear sauce are fantastic and make for an easier transition to fermented kraut, beets, carrots etc. would love to see additional like sauces.
On another note the traditional fermented vegetables I would wish had more liquid/brine. Seem quite dry.
Store owner replied:
Thank you so much Don for the feedback! Our veggies are meant to not have a ton of brine.
Most companies sell you brine for the price of fermented veggies. We give you what you pay for!
Super good! A treat and we give it to our 1 yr old grandson.
Honestly, one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten--it's like apple pie in a jar! As for the health benefits, all I can say is that I went through one of the most challenging times of my life, and the only thing I promised I would do for myself each day is eat a few tablespoons of this (I couldn't even get dressed many days). My heart might have been wrecked, but I couldn't believe that my delicate digestion--usually the first thing to go when I'm stressed--was perfect throughout. Forever grateful <3
I was told by my doctor that I needed to start consuming more fermented vegetables, but when I saw the fermented apple sauce, I had to try it. I wasn't disappointed, it is pretty tasty.
So I tried the kefir and love it and now I just tried the apple sauce and it is sooo good!! I am loving it and I definitely want to try the pear sauce next. I love how I am feeling also! These products have been a game changer for my health!
This is so tasty. I really didn’t think it’d be that good. I opened up the jar put a little bit on my plate. It was like a dessert. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.
Store owner replied:
I'm happy you love it Kathie!
I'm having issues with preventing myself from eating the entire jar in one sitting.
I want a jar for every day I'm alive! So delicious. You have no idea how much I love apples! The dessert isles in the grocery stores always get me with those apple cinnamon pie and other desserts. However... This sauce tastes alive and well! I slept good last night otherwise I wouldn't be writing a review on such a exquisite delightful applesauce!
Thanks 🙏

FAQ
Questions and Answers
What is the shelf life of the applesauce?
Our applesauce and pear sauce should be consumed within 1 month of receiving product.
How much should I take per day?
We recommend 2-4 oz per day. It is advised to start slowly with 1-2 tsp per day and then build up from there.
Why does my applesauce have mold on it?
This is not mold. Occasionally you will find Kahm Yeast that is harmless. This is a process of yeast when oxygen contacts a fruit ferment. Just scrape off.
Benefits of apple and pear sauce?
They both are high in quercetin which is very good for keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Pear sauce is loaded with copper. Both are power house foods with high nutrient content and lots of good wild probiotics!
