I love it as a homemade yogurt starter. Makes great Greek yogurt in my yogurt maker. On its own it tastes fine but it’s watery and not a thick kefir. Also it’s expensive. But using it as your own yogurt starter makes it worth it!!

I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold last year. Having had a huge amount of tests from my Dr, I also learned my gut was really messed up
Not only did I have leaky gut, but I also developed coinfections in my gut resulting in gas, bloating, the inability to properly digest food, and worst of all….
My Dr said it might be very difficult to rebuild my gut biome which had been destroyed by other Drs prescribing antibiotics. I have bought several orders already with no issues of shipping etc… but my last order, I opened up the box and was devastated… a lot of the little glass shots of kefir were broken into pieces, more than likely the delivery person or along the way someone handling my shipment probably threw it or tossed it.
