Golden Cauliflower Rice Chard Burrito

2 Red Chard Leaves
1 Cup Spinach
2 Cups Cauliflower rice
1tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
1 Mashed avocado
3 Tbsp Hummus
Lemon Ginger Sauerkraut


Carefully take out the middle stem on chard leaves without breaking them. Place aside. On a medium high skillet place cauliflower rice, water, turmeric, salt, and Olive oil. Move around he skillet until it starts to simmer and water has evaporated. About 5 minutes. Set aside. 

Place the chard leaves on flat surface, one on top of each other. Place the spinach leaves on top and spread the mashed avocado on top, until all the leaves are stuck together. 

Place a layer of the cauliflower rice, sauerkraut and hummus on top of the leaves. And roll it tight as if you would a burrito. The avocado should help you keep it together. If the edges come apart, use more avocado as a glue.
