What is the shelf life of the pear sauce?

Our pear sauce should be consumed within 1 month of receiving product.

How much should I take per day?

We recommend 2-4 oz per day. It is advised to start slowly with 1-2 tsp per day and then build up from there

Why does my pear sauce have mold on it?

This is not mold. Occasionally you will find Kahm Yeast that is harmless. This is a process of yeast when oxygen contacts a fruit ferment. Just scrape off.
