Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Kefir

My recommendation is to take this product in shots preferably in a shot glass and always shake the bottle before opening. My first impression was drinking the product was like eating a spoonful of coconut oil followed by a water chaser. It doesn’t have that yogurt tang. However it does have a really strong and pleasant vanilla flavor and gets slightly tangy over time. I didn’t have a lot of digestive issues over the initial 1st week. Overall my mood improves when I drink the Kefir and it is an easy habit to incorporate in my life. I can’t say if I feel better because of the kefir or is it just the placebo effect from making healthy choices. The biggest hurdle for me was the initial cost but I am only drinking 4 oz a day so one bottle last about a week.

I have been having a lot of stomach issues for years and had tried everything imaginable and anything suggested by people that were into the more natural ways of doing things. I do not take anything prescribed and don't plan to. I'm thanking the Lord that I found this kefir! My stomach issues haven't totally gone away, but they are so much better, and I am convinced that the longer I am on the kefir, I will eventually be all better. I plan to stay with this wonderful stuff for a long, long time. I haven't tried the other products yet, but I certainly intend to do so!

These products are amazing! My dermatitis is almost completely gone since using this kefir. Highly recommend!

Honestly, it was a bit too sour for my liking so I got creative: I pour a few ounces into into a glass and add a little maple syrup, give it a stir, and voila—best thing ever. It’s my new nightly ritual and I’m so happy I figured out a way to make it delicious. Just ordered 9 bottles to keep me going for a while!

I needed a non-dairy option to get probiotics and stumbled across fermenting fairy. I was really unsure about trying kefir but I’m always up for downing something that I believe is good for my health. I ordered 1 of pretty much each of her products and I am so glad I found these. I find all of them tasty and easy to incorporate into my day. The kefir is chunky unless left out for a while but I can’t wait on that so I just drink a few ounces every morning and I quickly adjusted. I am trying to heal my gut and it’s too early to claim victory but I enjoy all the products and therefore, this is way to sustain.

Came in curdled and separated. The S&H was super expensive and it was delivered warm which why I’m sure it’s ruined. Would never order from them again.

Had not purchased in awhile. Started slow less than quarter cup. First time I enjoyed I literally felt subtle calming as I drank. And within a week my system improved I will spare details lol. I still drink quarter cup or so before breakfast. Feels always like very good what my body needs medicine. Thanks so much.

As a raw foodist of 20 years I am always looking for unique products that benefit mine and my partners gut microbiome. But drinking too much water can leach minerals and flora. These drinks are the perfect balance that adds the right ingredients. helping to retain fluids and the vital energetics for feeling great. I highly recommend these drinks to anyone who is working on their body.

I dislike the chunks and the taste.

This is my third purchase of the coconut keifer. I originally bought it for my chronic constipation issues and to maintain my vaginal flora. So far I have seen no improvement in this area but I know years of issues won’t be fixed in three orders so I’m continuing to be patient. However, my skin is glowing like crazy now so at least it’s working there already.

I love Lauren's (Fermenting Fairy) Coconut Kefir. It really balances my digestion and makes it easier for me to eat acidic things. it must be a healing! I always make sure I have at least 1 bottle in my fridge. It is truly an amazing food for my body and DELICOUS!

I'm not in love with the taste. However, I know it's super good for me so I just down 2 ozs in the mornings. Plus I take the applesauce, carrots, and lemonade. I've had a bad sinus infection, ears full of fluid, (nothing the doctors have given me has helped) having a hard time sleeping through the night, and have been constipated for years. I also started taking herbs and mushroom supplements, so I'm not sure if it's one thing or all of them together. However, in over 6 months my ears are now fluid free, my sinus infection is almost gone, and for the past week I've been sleeping through the night! Constipation is still an issue though. I'm happy with these products.

I've been suffering from yeast infections on and off for two years. This has aided in speeding up the process of my healing journey. I have been following Fermenting Fairy on instagram for awhile but never really needed the products until last week. While struggling with several GI issues (possible Crohn's, lactose intolerance, several food sensitives), my sister sent me the Fermenting Fairy website. I tried the kefir and fell in love. I could drink a whole bottle and feel so much better - bloating, inflammation, and my mood were all significantly improved. When I ordered again, I wanted to try the lemonade (just because it sounded good). I had no idea how much it would actually change my life (and it was addictingly good). I've also had frequent nausea due to anxiety. I got the lemonade just in time for a super rough week at work. I drank half a bottle a day, and my nausea vanished! Like, it was GONE! I thought it might be a weird fluke the first day, but it kept working and now I'm hooked. These products have improved my overall health so much, and I cannot recommend them enough.

I have started my 19 year old daughter on the kefir every morning and lemonade later in the day (which is what I typically do) because I’m pretty sure she has developed gut issues. She has had random diarrhea once or twice a week and random vomiting once or twice a month for awhile. She also was having some breakouts on her face. Since she started my fermenting fairy protocol almost a week ago she hasn’t had any issues and her face is clearing up.

I just tried your Coconut Kefir and Elderberry Lemonade last week, and I am in LOVE! I've suffered with gut issues for several years, and after drinking a few ounces of each, my bloating etc felt so much better after just 2 days. YAY! Anyway, I ordered several more bottles of the Lemonade a few days ago, and I just found out that I'm pregnant today. I just started using your products and the first thing that is happening, is I am eliminating some rad things.
