Probiotic supplements do not have prebiotic food for the bacteria. Our wild ferments have probiotics and prebiotic food already built in!

Prebiotic food for the healthy microbes in your gut to eat is how they can survive, thrive and multiply into the trillions. If the microbes don't have food, they die. This is one reason why probiotic supplements are a waste of money. The bacteria housed in a pill don't have prebiotic food to eat and so they die. And you buy an $80 bottle of dead microbes.

Our wild ferments found in this package offer you a powerful dose of Pro-biotics while also feeding them Pre-biotics and food.  The fibers found in pectin and the skin of the apple are an amazing food for microbes. Plus the cabbage found in the sauerkraut will have them munching for months! With our wild ferments, you don't have to worry about adding prebiotics to your diet. We are offering you a double whammy!
