Questions and Answers
Do i need to burp each bottle?
Yes. When your lemonade arrives, burp each bottle by twisting the cap slightly open to let the gas out. Then place in refrigerator. Do this to each bottle 2x week
Is your lemonade like kombucha?
Yes and no. Our lemonade is made in a similar fashion as kombucha. However, we use ginger as our SCOBY. This is a wild fermentation as we derive our probiotics from the natural environment. We also differ from kombucha as we do not add sugar AFTER fermentation to create carbonation. Our lemonade does not contain caffeine, added sugar and is low in yeast but high in healthy bacteria.
The shelf life of our probiotic lemonade is 6 months even after opening. Please keep refrigerated at all times.
Our lemonade bottle has the potential to explode if you do not burp it and let the gas out. When your package arrives, turn the cap to open it slightly to let gas out, them place it in the refrigerator. Do this to every bottle 2x week.
