The Essence of Healthy Skin

Your skin is more than just a superficial barrier; it's a pivotal element in your overall health, influencing your immune system and gut health. The skin's ecosystem, teeming with bacteria, fungi, yeasts, and viruses, is crucial in maintaining an acidic environment to ward off pathogens and toxins.

Challenges to Skin Health

Everyday elements can disrupt this delicate balance, leading to skin issues like rosacea, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and even impacting your immune system and gut microbiome. Common culprits include: Non-filtered water, Toxic makeup, Harsh soaps, Chemical laundry detergents, Synthetic fabrics, Excessive hand washing, Antibiotic creams and hand sanitizers, Botox and fillers, and many more!

Why Other Skin Care Products Fall Short

It's important to understand what sets Kefir Hydrating Crème apart in a market flooded with skincare options. Many conventional skincare products, while promising quick fixes, often overlook the long-term health of your skin. Here's why they may not be the best choice:

Harsh Chemicals: Many products contain synthetic chemicals that can strip the skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation.

Artificial Fragrances and Colors: These additives can cause allergic reactions and contribute to skin sensitivity over time.

Temporary Solutions: Focused on immediate results, these products often neglect the skin's microbiome and long-term health.

Environmental Impact: Synthetic ingredients and non-biodegradable packaging contribute to environmental damage.

In contrast, Kefir Hydrating Crème is crafted with the utmost respect for both your skin's natural ecosystem and the environment. It's a thoughtful formulation that nurtures your skin's inherent strengths, offering a sustainable and holistic approach to skincare.

What cultures do you use?

We grow and maintain kefir grains. These are not really grains as we know rice, quinoa, buckwheat or oats. They are SCOBY (symbiotic community of bacteria and yeast). They are living microorganisms. We DO NOT use the powder freeze dried cultures.  They are LIVING micororganisms. This is why our kefir is the most powerful drink on the market.
