These products are amazing although, I’ve had to use them on and off and slowly been introducing them due to my histamine intolerance. I am still going through a healing process and it’s been a constant challenge although these are considered to be clean and high quality. I don’t think I would be able to find any other products elsewhere. Thank you.

My wife and i have been using the kefir drinks for building a diversity of gut microbiome and our digestion and energy has improved. I use it for our dogs, just six droppers a day, and resolved gut problems and poor stools in a couple of months. The fermented kefir drinks are very balanced and provide a solid foundation. I wish more people were educated about the importance of building gut microbiome. I’m convinced they would have a healthier system and less dependence on doctors.

I have started my 19 year old daughter on the kefir every morning and lemonade later in the day (which is what I typically do) because I’m pretty sure she has developed gut issues. I just tried your Coconut Kefir and Elderberry Lemonade last week, and I am in LOVE! I've suffered with gut issues for several years, and after drinking a few ounces of each, my bloating etc felt so much better after just 2 days. YAY! Anyway, I ordered several more bottles of the Lemonade a few days ago, and I just found out that I'm pregnant today. I just started using your products and the first thing that is happening, is I am eliminating some rad things. What is the best serving amount for your kefir?
We recommend 2 ounces of the bottle each morning or evening if there is no evidence of gut imbalance or immune system imbalance. If there is evidence of imbalance, then the recommended dose should be 1/4-1/2 of the bottle each day. If your body craves the entire bottle, then go with it!
How long is the shelf life of your kefir?
Thanks to the abundance of healthy bacteria found in our kefir, the shelf life, even when opened is 6 months. We recommend drinking it within that time frame. You'll notice the taste becomes tangier as time goes on since the bacteria continue to eat the natural sugars from the coconut milk. You may even notice a slight effervescence. This is safe and drinkable and delicious.
Why does your coconut milk kefir get chunky?
Currently we produce our own coconut milk. We have the highest intentions to offer you the cleanest food possible. Therefore, we do not add any emulsifiers or additives to create a product that does not separate. Coconut milk separates naturally as the fat solidifies from the liquid. We recommend shaking really well and if needed breaking up the chunks with a butter knife. If some chunks do not come out of the jar, putting a wee bit of filtered spring water in the jar and then shaking should work. Be sure to drink the chunks. Healthy coconut fat is good for you!
What cultures do you use?
We grow and maintain kefir grains. These are not really grains as we know rice, quinoa, buckwheat or oats. They are SCOBY (symbiotic community of bacteria and yeast). They are living microorganisms. We DO NOT use the powder freeze dried cultures. They are LIVING micororganisms. This is why our kefir is the most powerful drink on the market.
