Dosages: Begin with 4 oz of kefir daily for 2 days. Then continue and add in 2 tablespoons of applesauce per day. With dinner and lunch eat 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut per day. Increase kefir amount if constipation continues.

I purchased these products for myself and my 10 month old son. We've been following the protocol for a week and a half now. For myself, I've been experiencing softer stool and more regularity in my movements. For my son, first, he absolutely loves eating the applesauce and even the sauerkraut! Which he eats all by itself chopped up in tiny pieces or mixed with other food. I am 47yo female. Have suffered with irregularity and gut dysbiosis for many years. Recent tested with high level of rheumatoid arthritis factor. Symptoms are obvious. I’m so distraught.
