The balm really looks and feels like a regular balm. The only difference is that initially it had some liquid on top of the balm. They don't have much of a scent. But I regularly have had reddened skin at the corners of my mouth that have disappeared for the most part. I also switched to a probiotic toothpaste that might have had something to do with my improvement. Nice product.
