For three years, I have suffered from chronic hives and recently found out that leaky gut is likely the reason for these hives. Best ever product! I have gluten intolerance and don’t do well with dairy. I have been gluten free for 10 years. Tried vegan, low Fodmap, intermittent fasting, you name it. Dealing with food sensitivities is exhausting!!!! Plus digestion has always been an issue- bloating, gas , stomach feeling unsettled, brain fog, low energy. I started using the coconut kefir , ginger applesauce & sauerkraut 3 weeks ago. I have noticed a significant positive effect in my stomach feeling settled, less brain fog, better mood and energy. My first time trying these items and they were all delicious! We drank the lemonades first, they were a hit with me and my husband. The apple sauce and sauerkraut are amazing. I love the gingery flavor. The kefirs have chunks of coconut oil in them which I don’t enjoy drinking, so I blended them into our morning smoothies. So good! I only wish I could afford to buy these products more often!

I highly recommend giving these products a try! Some storage recommendations though (that I had to learn and don’t want to make the same mistake twice - Fermenting Fairy, please correct me if needed): make sure fridge temp isn’t too cold (is within normal range), try not to store near the rear of the fridge, if products are filled to the top, try to use those ones first to prevent coconut from freezing, expanding, etc. The lemonade will always try to overflow with fizz (I recommend first opening slowly/progressively over the sink), but the coconut will harden at colder temps, and you want to make sure there is room to expand.

I've had ongoing stomach issues for many years - gas, bloating, discomfort. The lemonade, coconut kefir, and sauerkraut are all helping me. Since I've using these products I have seen a big improvement in how I feel and the bloating is totally gone. The taste is pretty good as well, and I find that I crave the coconut kefir so I have it first thing every morning. I have the lemonade every afternoon. I tend to eat the sauerkraut at lunch time. Not something I’d go to as food or drink. But I think of it as a medicine to correct bad health.
It’s tolerable but you have to not mind sour.
As far as the flavored parts - all I taste is lemon or sauerkraut.
The hibiscus sauerkraut tasted like chewing on a flower.
But again, I thought of it as a “medicine” and I believe it is working. Very pricey and the shipping is awful painful to deal with.

I first purchased the leaky gut package for my daughter who was having constant burning from a stomach ulcer. After a few days the burning went away and she has felt amazing. Then I ordered the Thyroid pack to keep everything running smoothly for myself and although I don’t have a Thyroid issue I just wanted it to keep things healthy. I feel great, love all the products.
