Dosages: Begin with 1-2 tablespoons of kefir every morning for 4 days. Make sure there is no die-off effect. Increase to 4 oz over the course of 2 weeks. If your body craves more kefir then go for more. Add in 4-6 oz of lemonade per day or as symptoms heal (for pain, nausea, vomiting). Add 1 tablespoon per day of kraut, increasing to 2-3 per day.
